Beef Stroganoff Marksville Style
2 pounds London Broil (cut into small pieces)
1 large onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 can Progresso soup starters (or cream of mushroom sauce)
3/4 cup water
- Brown meat in a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in all ingredients except cream cheese, until all warm.
- Stir in cream cheese and let cook until desired consistency.
