Egg Roll Dipping Sauce Recipe

Moms Need to Know has some great recipes to share with you. We love duck sauce with our Chinese but one - they hardly give you any and two - it would be great to just be able to make some of my own! 1 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons plum sauce
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 small piece ginger root, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
