My daughter told me about this recipe. It was only a picture on Facebook, but I found this one and tomorrow morning, we are going be having these for breakfast! Makes 24 Mini Pancake Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

I found this recipe on Roxana's Home Cooking and let me tell you, they are fantastic! 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Frosting:
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
