Baked Italian Meatballs

Baked Italian Meatballs
I love prepping some food ahead of time. It makes things so much easier when I am getting dinner ready with Carter (my 2 year old grandson) helping me! LOL As soon as I am done baking these, I usually just put some waxed paper on a clean cookie sheet and quickly freeze them for later. After they are frozen, I store them in airtight containers.

3 pounds ground beef
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F
  • Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix by hand until well combined.
  • Scoop out 1-1/2 inch balls and roll by hand until round and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
I normally get about 55 meatballs or so, but I plan on an even 4 dozen to freeze. They are really good and do get gobbled up when they come out of the oven! LOL
